Candidates must be comfortable working in a mobile capacity. Facility distances can differ ranging 5-40 miles. This job starts at early morning hours, so only apply if you are comfortable working those hours.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and professional Mobile phlebotomist to join our team. This position requires early morning availability and dependable transportation, as travel to nursing home facilities is required. Candidates should have prior phlebotomy experience and be comfortable working independently in the field. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strong professionalism while working efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities include collecting blood specimens, accurately labeling and handling samples, maintaining patient comfort and confidentiality, and ensuring all collections are completed safely and on time. This is a contractor 1099 position. Salary pay is $1500/bi-weekly. with potential increase after 90 days, depending on job performance. Responsibilities Collect blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process. Perform venipuncture while adhering to proper specimen collection and processing protocols. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and maintain accurate documentation of all collected specimens.
