Full-Time Experienced and Certified Phlebotomy Supervisor -- covering Central and South New Jersey Medical Lab that provides a complete range of tests for diagnosis, screening or evaluation on a wide range of diseases and health conditions. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attitude:

Experience with effective puncture techniques Understanding of proper patient identification methods Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Excel and Word proficiency Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required Previous experience as a phlebotomist Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Ability to oversee a team Reliable transportation and clean driving record Flexibility to work overtime as needed
