Fastest Labs, with over a decade of experience in drug, alcohol, and DNA testing, is expanding our dynamic team in NJ and PA. We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals for a Technician role, offering a vibrant work environment, paid training, and ample opportunities for advancement.
What You'll Do:
Handle potential customer inquiries and follow telephone script to persuade callers to schedule an appointment or come into the collection facility for testing. Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA specimen collections. Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody procedures, packaging of specimens, and shipping package with appropriate courier. Collect payment from clients. Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA test results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client. Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow-up on leads. Conduct outbound sales calls during the day. Manage testing supplies inventory. Use Google Workspace applications for data entry. Work with a diverse customer base to provide exceptional customer service.

Who You Are:
A quick learner with a high-energy approach. Excellent multitasker with attention to detail. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 pounds. Able to commute reliably to Trenton, NJ (ample, free parking is available). Open to working additional hours in the evenings or weekends when needed to service the after-hours and on-site testing needs of our customers.
