Job Description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Phlebotomist in Mount Kisco, NY ! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Type:
Four- month contract, with opportunity for extension or full-time offer
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:30AM
- 5:00PM, Rotating Saturdays 8:00AM
- 1:00
PM Pay:
$20.00 to $24.00 an hourNotes:
Occasional travel to local draw stations required when needed Responsibilities of thePhlebotomist:
- Draw blood from pediatric through geriatric patient population
- Process all lab specimens including verifying patient identifiers, barcoding, centrifuging, pouring off, accessioning, creating packing lists and packaging specimens to reference lab at correct temperatures
- Follow all Phlebotomy SOP and OSHA Safety/PPE guidelines.
Phlebotomist:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- 6 months of Phlebotomy experience
