- Lorain Hospital
THIS IS A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT POSITION
Shift/Schedule Part Time- Scheduled For an Average of 20 Hours Per Week (40 Scheduled Hours Per 2 Week Pay Period) Shift Times
- Days (4:30am-1pm) Rotating Weekends and Holidays Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position The Lab Assistant performs phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- May be exposed to human blood and other potentially infectious materials
- May have periods of constant interruptions General office environment
Other:
Intermittent exposure to fumes and odors- Individuals in this position are required to exercise universal precautions, use personal protective equipment and devices, and learn the policies concerning infection control.
