Expect Schedule:

Sunday through Saturday, Five days a week, variable hours between the hours of 6am-8pm based on business needs, Every other weekend required.

Base Pay:

$19.80 - $20.63 /

Training for this role lasts approximately 12 weeks and is based out of our Greentree location . Weeks 1-2: Classroom and hands-on training with a trainer, including travel to various Donation Centers and mobile sites. Weeks 3-4: Field experience alongside a preceptor on mobile drives and at site locations. Weeks 5-12: Continued training in specific skilled areas could include Phlebotomy , Medical Interview , Alyx , and Trima (approximately 4 weeks per area). Participate in donor rebooking activities. Perform whole blood, double red cell, platelet and plasma phlebotomy of donors in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Works as part of a team to achieve daily team production goal. Assists and supports other team members, as required on both Mobile and Fixed Sites.
