LABORATORIES, Gainesville, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract From $500 a week 12 hours ago Qualifications Vascular access Vital signs Physiology knowledge Basic life support Attention to detail Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Mobile Phlebotomist, where your expertise in specimen collection and patient care will make a meaningful difference in communities we serve. In this vital role, you will travel to various patient locations, including homes, clinics, and hospitals, to perform blood draws and collect specimens with precision and compassion. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure accurate laboratory testing and exceptional patient experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while contributing to critical diagnostic processes that support patient health and well-being. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling using aseptic techniques to ensure specimen integrity. Collect, handle, and process laboratory specimens accurately following established protocols. Obtain vital signs and assess patient physiology to ensure safe and effective specimen collection. Provide excellent patient service by explaining procedures clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout the process. Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, specimen details, and patient information within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and transportation to the laboratory for testing. Adhere strictly to laboratory procedures, safety standards, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR protocols, and maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Experience
MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE, AS THIS IS AN INDEPENDANT POSTION. WE START AT 3 AM WITH ENOUGH TEAM MEMEBERS WE SHOULD BE DONE BY 7 ISH. WE START TOGETHER AND WE FINISH TOGETHER AS A TEAM. LOOKING TO HIRE AND TRAIN ASAP.
