• Job Summary and Qualifications
• The Laboratory Phlebotomy/Accessioning/Front Office Supervisor position is responsible for the technical oversight and daily operations of the Accessioning and Front Office departments.

Will serve as a liaison between the hospital and Phlebotomy vendors, supervises day-to-day operations of lab personnel, develops policies and procedures, and provides training and support for all employees as needed. Works closely with other hospital departments to ensure excellent customer service. Job responsibilities include ensuring compliance with any applicable CAP, AABB, FDA, and JCAHO guidelines and other regulatory agencies as needed. Job may include direct supervision of students at the discretion of the area supervisor. Employee must have the same licensure or have completed the same training to satisfy the requirements of the discipline of the student. Direct supervision means the primary caregiver is readily available to the student throughout the shift.
