The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality education to help students prepare for their CPT exam under the supervision of administrator. Responsibilities Instruct students in proper phlebotomy techniques, safety protocols, and best practices. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a supportive and confidential learning environment. The Phlebotomy Instructor will stay current with industry standards and updates in phlebotomy practices. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the educational experience. Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of Phlebotomy experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
