Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff in various clinical settings. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and the ability to work effectively in both urgent care and inpatient environments. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, scheduling testing. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical coding standards. Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns, answering questions, and offering support during visits. Manage clinic operations by scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a clean environment. Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff. Requirements Proven experience in patient care within a clinical. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is essential. Familiarity with medication administration processes and coding practices is advantageous. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant training is preferred. A commitment to providing compassionate care and supporting the health needs of diverse populations.
