Job Description

Job Summary Performs phlebotomy related tasks in a physician office setting. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
Required Knowledge of medical laboratory practices and procedures Knowledge of medical terminology Knowledge of lab/reference manuals, formularies, ICD-10 book, and reference lab procedures
Certification/Licensure:
Required Basic Life Support Required within ninety (90) days of start date Preferred ASCP board of registry or equivalent Certified phlebotomy technician
