About Us:
Elite Lab Solutions is a high-growth mobile phlebotomy startup providing at-home and on-site collections. We're searching for experienced professionals who've worked in hospital, clinic, or mobile settings and are ready to thrive in a more flexible, independent environment. Candidates must uphold a high standard of excellence and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Position Overview:
We're looking for experienced, reliable mobile phlebotomists to join our team on a 1099 contractor basis. You'll visit patients at home, worksite, or provider offices to perform blood draws and handle specimen delivery to designated labs (UPS, FedEx, or local drop-offs). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independence, flexibility, and one-on-one patient interaction. On-Call and At-Will = Flexibility! You choose the days, hours, and service areas that work best for you. You manage your own availability calendar — perfect for phlebotomists who prefer control and work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and collect blood, urine, and vitals (manual blood pressure included) Travel to patient homes or designated collection sites Accurately label, handle, and transport specimens Drop off specimens at designated labs (UPS, FedEx, or local courier) Document visit status through mobile app (arrival, collection, drop-off) Communicate with scheduling/admin team as needed
Requirements:
Certified phlebotomist with at least 1 year experience (Mobile preferred) Comfortable with venipuncture, vitals, and urine collection Active phlebotomy certification (state or nationally recognized) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Must pass background check Smartphone required for tracking and communication CPR certification is a plus
