You will be responsible for performing blood draws, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. . Duties Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary puncture using aseptic techniques to ensure specimen integrity. Prepare and process laboratory specimens accurately for testing, including labeling, handling, and documentation. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, vital signs measurement, and basic clinical procedures. Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, specimen collection data, and laboratory documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Provide excellent patient service. Follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols diligently to uphold quality standards and compliance. Support clinic operations by performing light administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling assistance. Requirements Proven experience in laboratory procedures, specimen collection, and phlebotomy techniques. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinical laboratory practices. Ability to perform venipuncture confidently and handle specimens with care following aseptic techniques. Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Physical ability to lift heavy items when necessary and stand for extended periods.
