Pay & Benefits Pay:
$20.00/hour Each scheduled collection pays a minimum of 2 hrs and mileage reimbursement

Competitive Pay Packages; Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit; Robust Referral Bonus Program; 24/7 Dedicated team support; Paid sick time (per applicable laws); What You'll Do Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol collections (urine, oral fluid, hair, and breath alcohol) following applicable regulations and procedures Maintain strict chain-of-custody and specimen integrity Complete accurate electronic and paper documentation Package and ship specimens according to laboratory requirements Prepare and secure collection sites to support compliant testing Communicate professionally with stakeholders (e.g., employers, laboratories, MROs, operations team) Report collection issues or irregular events promptly and appropriately What You Need Required High school diploma or GED At least 21 years of age Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area Comfort using computers/tablets/smartphones and web-based software Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds Preferred College student or recent graduate in a related field (e.g., nursing, public health, criminal justice, psychology, biology, healthcare administration, human services, EMS) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience in healthcare, public safety, customer service, or human services About the Assignment In this mobile role, you'll support federally regulated and non-regulated drug and alcohol testing services across a designated service area. You'll receive paid training and certification, work independently in the field, and represent a mission-driven team focused on professionalism, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
