Job Description

Phlebotomist Location:

10400 NE 4th Street, Suite 2250, 22nd Floor Bellevue, WA 98004

Assignment:

13 weeks

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-7:00

PM Shift:

8-hour shift within the 7:00 AM-7:00 PM window

Role Overview:

This position is for a Senior Health LSS with Flu Shooter experience who can support a wide range of clinical and lab services within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and other lab services Administer vaccinations, including flu vaccinations Perform EKGs Assist with ZioPatch placement Perform ear lavages Support other clinic lab-service needs Occasionally provide front desk coverage Greet and check in patients Check patients out after visits Print After Visit Summaries (AVS)

Required Qualification:

Washington MA-P certification required Full LSS scope Flu vaccination/"Flu Shooter" experience

Free parking is available at the Bellevue Square garage across the street.
