Position Overview As a Full-Time Mobile Phlebotomist, you'll operate with a high level of autonomy while representing GTI in the field. You'll collect and handle critical specimens that directly impact patient care, often being the primary GTI representative patients and facilities interact with directly. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable managing their own routes and responsibilities while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Service Areas Shoreline, WA Edmonds, WA Mukilteo, WA Everett, WA Surrounding regions Key Responsibilities Perform mobile collection of blood, toxicology, medication management, pathology, and NGS specimens Travel to assisted living facilities, clinics, physician offices, and patient locations Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation Complete requisitions thoroughly (patient information, physician details, tests ordered, etc.) Follow all laboratory SOPs, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations Maintain specimen integrity during collection, handling, and transport Track and document collections using approved manifests/logs Identify, communicate, and resolve collection or specimen issues proactively Maintain professionalism and strong communication with patients and facility staff Stay current with protocols and procedures through ongoing training What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required) Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification (required) Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred Experience with mobile collections strongly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned service areas Strong patient interaction and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional, dependable, and accountablePay & Benefits Pay:
