Location:
Kenosha, WI Pay Rate:
$24.05 - 25.75 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type:
Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule:
Variable shifts between 5:30am-5:00pm (8-hour shifts); rotating Saturdays required. If working a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided (day off cannot be guaranteed). Travel between multiple locations is required. Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist III Floater, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring accurate specimen collection for diagnostic testing. Your expertise, professionalism, and adaptability help support quality patient care across multiple service locations. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Collect, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient identification and demographic information to ensure specimen accuracy Maintain accurate records and required documentation Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive and welcoming patient experience Travel between multiple patient service centers and office locations as needed Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing activities Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 4 years of phlebotomy experience required Strong experience with difficult blood draws required Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or related medical training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred Strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and flexibility to travel throughout the service territory Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible schedules as business needs require Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Competitive pay Opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare settings Gain experience serving diverse patient populations Potential pathway to long-term employment Exposure to a high-volume, patient-focused environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Dynamic role with schedule and location variety Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
