  • Oak Creek, WI Full-Time (32hrs)| Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking a dependable and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality blood collection services to our residents while helping create a comfortable and positive experience.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a recognized Phlebotomy training program Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT) preferred Prior phlebotomy experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting strongly preferred Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with care and accuracy Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory transport Follow all infection control and safety protocols Communicate effectively with residents, nursing staff, and lab personnel Maintain clean, stocked phlebotomy supplies at each facility Accurately document collection information and update medical records Ensure resident dignity, comfort, and privacy during all procedures Why Join Medical Suites at Oak Creek?
