As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to work with a wide range of patients, from adventurous outdoor enthusiasts to hardworking locals. Join the Empower Team and you will be set up on a structured and detailed mentorship/leadership program, as well as daily interaction with 10 other friendly PTs with specialties in pelvic floor and sport and orthopedic backgrounds. In addition to these resources, you will be offered an industry high amount for continuing education and a bonus structure that rewards you for your hard work. Once hired, our providers can become proficient in spinal manipulation and dry needling within 6 months. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start, expand or just continue their journey as a Pelvic Health provider. If you are someone who is looking to specialize in this area we offer mentorship and continuing education funding to help with this continued growth. This role is open to those who desire a full pelvic case load or if you were looking to keep a balance of other orthopedic patients as well. Qualifications Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current state of Alaska Physical Therapy license or (soon to have if relocating) High communications skills Good business and people judgment Passion to help others succeed Enjoys meeting and networking with referral sources Strong presentation skills Strong problem solving or strategic planning skills Very good at organizing thoughts and ideas Additional Information Staple Benefits 401k plan: Employer match up to 3% Employee discount: 75% off for services received through Empower PT for both employees and their immediate familyHeath Insurance:
