Role:
Join Premier Sports Medicine as a Physical Therapist and help our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals! We are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment, and we are looking for an experienced physical therapist in rehabbing sports injuries, and post-surgical rehab of knees, shoulders, and spine surgeries to join our team in Soldotna, AK.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function. Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and advancements.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Alaska. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus. Additional Certificate level experience in at least one of the following additional modalities such as Graston/Scraping, Kinesio Taping, Dry Needling is also a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for helping patients achieve their health and fitness goals.
