Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapists (OT) and Physical Therapists (PT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Your expertise will help patients improve their functional independence, achieve treatment goals, and enhance their quality of life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment that foster professional growth and collaboration. Duties Deliver individualized occupational and physical therapy assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement evidence-based occupational therapy programs focused on improving ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), mobility, strength, and coordination. Assist patients with discharge planning by coordinating care transitions and providing education to patients and caregivers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including speech therapists, physicians, case managers, and educators—to ensure comprehensive patient care. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinical assessment techniques. Skilled in developing treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practices. Excellent client communication skills to educate patients and families effectively about therapy processes and progress. Ability to work collaboratively within interprofessional teams to deliver holistic care solutions.
