Physical Therapist American Autism & Rehabilitation Center - 5.0 Daphne, AL Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Physical Therapy License Full Job Description The American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Daphne, Alabama. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities within a collaborative outpatient pediatric setting. This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about pediatric care and interested in helping expand and strengthen a growing physical therapy program. The PT will provide direct therapeutic services to children and families while collaborating closely with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, ABA professionals, and clinic leadership to ensure exceptional, family-centered care. AARC serves infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and genetic diagnoses. Our multidisciplinary team treats conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, sensory processing challenges, spasticity, and other complex pediatric needs. In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, the PT will play an active role in the continued growth and development of the Physical Therapy program, including collaboration with leadership on program development, onboarding, operational processes, quality outcomes, and service delivery initiatives. Qualifications:
Current Alabama Physical Therapy License Current national certification requirements maintained Pediatric experience preferred (2+ years preferred) NDT and/or Sensory Integration experience preferred Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, and behavioral challenges preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Basic computer proficiency CPR Certification preferred
