Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our amazing pediatric OT/PT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical therapy, with a focus on pediatrics. This role involves working closely with patients to develop personalized care plans, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility and improve overall quality of life. This position is for In person clinic work and some school work. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Utilize therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve function. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate with assistants to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but not required . Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
