Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements Educate residents and families regarding treatment goals and progress
Qualifications:
