Overview Responsibilities Performs evaluations, plans, and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Therapy program

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

State license required CPR certification

Desired Qualifications:

M.S. degree from an accredited Therapy program Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions

Desired Licensure/Registration/Certification:

State license with clinical speciality
