We are a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on providing excellent, individualized care to our patients. We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced orthopedic clinician who values clinical reasoning, skilled hands-on treatment, and providing high-quality care. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals Provide skilled manual therapy and therapeutic interventions Incorporate therapeutic exercise, movement training, and patient education into treatment Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Work collaboratively with the Optima team while maintaining clinical independence What We're Looking For DPT degree from an accredited program Current Alabama PT license or eligibility for licensure Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Outpatient orthopedic experience Strong manual therapy skills Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized patient care Team-oriented attitude and desire to continue growing as a clinician Why Optima?
