Physical Therapist Talented Medical Solutions - 5.0 Northport, AL Job Details Full-time | Contract $2,200 a week 4 hours ago Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals Neurological physical therapy Inpatient experience Geriatric physical therapy Working with geriatric patients Caring for individuals with stroke Care documentation Mid-level Physical therapy documentation Multidisciplinary team collaboration for treatment planning Neurology Acute care experience Patient education Care plan implementation Patient rehabilitation Geriatrics Experience working with individuals with neurological conditions Full Job Description 8AM-4:30PM M-F One Weekend required per month. Holidays as required 6 patients per day Inpatient and Acute units. Must float Responsible to complete all aspects of care for assigned patient load including evaluations, formulating plan of care, collaboration of care plans with patient/family/other disciplines, performing therapeutic interventions, education, and meeting all documentation requirements outlined in department. Geriatric, Neurological, Stroke & Amputation patients. #Workwolf
