This full-time position offers a chance for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to make a meaningful difference in educational settings. You'll help students achieve their physical goals and enhance their educational experience through dedicated therapeutic interventions.

What We're Looking For:

Active and valid PT or PTA license (Arkansas) Experience in healthcare or school-based therapy preferred Comfortable working with children of various ages and abilities Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and other specialists Ability to adapt and implement individualized therapy plans Flexibility to support both school-year and Extended School Year (ESY) programs

Role Highlights:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to students according to IEP goals Assess, plan, and document student progress with evidence-based practices Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of therapy goals Provide therapy both during the standard school year and ESY as scheduled:

ESY Coverage:

2 days per week during June 8-11, June 15-18, and June 22-25 Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with a consistent daytime schedule
