Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Physical Therapist (PT) - School-Based Opportunity Near Bryant, Arkansas Are you looking for a school-based role where your work truly makes a difference in students' lives every day? Soliant is partnering with a supportive and welcoming school district near Bryant, AR. to hire a passionate Physical Therapist for the upcoming school year. Position Overview
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Onsite role within a collaborative school environment
Caseload:
K-12 students with a variety of physical and mobility needs
  • Opportunity to work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct physical therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Support students with mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and participation within the school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations and support student accessibility
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Compensation & Benefits

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Active Arkansas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
