As a Physical Therapist , you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination.Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide expert physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, proper body mechanics, and disease prevention strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plansWhat We Offer:
