Job Description
Cash-Based Performance Clinic FlexPros Physical Therapy • Springdale, NWA • Part-Time, with a Path to Full-Time Before you apply, be honest with yourself for a second. Does any of this sound like you right now? You're a talented physical therapist stuck in a clinic that's draining you instead of growing you. You're worn down by 15-20 patients a day, 15 minutes each, and a productivity quota breathing down your neck. You got into this field to actually fix people — and you're tired of rubber-stamping visits to hit a number. You want to do real performance and return-to-sport work with patients who are genuinely motivated. You want autonomy, weekly mentorship, and a place where your ideas actually matter. You'd love to look forward to going to work again. If you nodded at even one of those, keep reading, this might be the role you've been looking for. Our story FlexPros was founded in 2023 with one mission: help active adults and athletes in Springdale and across Northwest Arkansas get back to the workouts and sports they love without surgery, without giving up the activities that make them them , and without living on pain medication. We're a primarily cash-based performance physical therapy clinic, which means we answer to our patients, not to insurance companies. We treat the cause of pain, not just the symptom, and we take the time to do it right. We're also proud to serve our bilingual (Spanish/English) community, it's a real part of who we are. Who you'll treat This is the heart of the role — and the reason the right therapist will love it. Nearly all of our patients are active people who put their healthfirst and want to get back to doing what they love, fully .
Picture your caseload:
CrossFit & strength athletes chasing a clean PR again without a joint flaring up Runners mid-training-block who won't accept "just rest it for six weeks" Soccer & team-sport players who refuse to hear "maybe it's time to stop playing" Lifters & weekend warriors who are under the bar at 5am before work Active parents who want to keep up with their kids and their squat numbers Active women who want to keep training hard and stay strong, without nagging aches slowing them down Busy professionals who need their body performing at its best They show up. They do their homework. They're invested in the outcome — because they're paying for results, not a copay. That means you get to do real, full-spectrum care : from injury rehab to return-to-sport to keeping them strong and pain-free for good. What you get to do here See a reasonable 6-8 patients a day — a caseload that lets you go home energized, not drained Spend a full 60-minute, one-on-one session with each patient — uninterrupted, no double-booking, no rushing Treat the whole person , across the full arc from rehab to performance Spend far less time on insurance paperwork than a traditional clinic — more treating, less typing Sit down for weekly one-on-one mentorship and case review — no matter your experience level, you'll keep sharpening your craft Work with genuine autonomy and have a real voice in how a growing clinic runs Wear comfortable, professional athleisure in a space built for movement Grow your income as you grow your impact through a real performance bonus Actually look forward to coming to work Who this is for We're looking for a DPT with roughly 1-3+ years of experience — past the new-grad learning curve, ready for real autonomy, and excited to grow with a clinic instead of disappearing into one. You'll thrive here if you: Hold a DPT and an Arkansas license in good standing Light up at the patients described above — performance, sport, and active adults Care more about outcomes than visit volume Take pride and initiative in your work, and want to be part of building something Want genuine mentorship and a clear path to grow as the clinic grows Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus — it's a real part of our community The schedule This role starts part-time — 20 hours a week to begin — and is built to ramp-up into full-time as your caseload fills. We'll set clear, fair milestones up front so the path to more hours is transparent, not a vague promise. It's a great fit if you want to ramp into a practice the right way, are balancing another commitment, or simply want to prove the fit before either of us goes all-in.
What we offer Competitive pay:
$43-$53/hr, depending on experience (≈ $89K-$110K at full-time once you're there) Performance bonus on the revenue you generate once your book is established — your upside grows directly with your impact, even part-time Continuing education + license stipend so you keep growing as a clinician A real path to full-time , with milestones defined up front Genuine autonomy and owner mentorship — you treat, we handle the overhead A little proof we're the real thing We've helped over 300 active adults and athletes get back to what they love since 2023 76 five-star reviews from patients in our community A founder who still treats, still mentors, and is building this clinic to be the place he'd want to work To apply, send the following to flexprospt@gmail.com Your resume A brief cover letter — why this kind of practice, and these patients, appeal to you A short video (4-5 minutes) introducing yourself and answering three questions: Why do you feel you're a good fit for us ? Why do you feel we're a good fit for you ? Where do you see yourself in five years professionally and personally? Don't overthink the video — we're not grading production quality. We want to hear how you think and what drives you. A phone camera, one take, is perfect. We respond to every applicant who's a genuine fit — and we'll get back to you quickly. FlexPros is an equal-opportunity employer.
