Kids SPOT is a pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy clinic in Springdale specializing in treating children with a variety of developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic diagnosis. We provide primarily in-clinic treatment, with occasional home health or daycare visits. We are expanding our practice and opened a satellite clinic in Rogers to further support our patients and their families! We are looking for full-time pediatric PTs/ PTAs who are passionate about working with children in a collaborative environment. We offer administrative support with our incredible bilingual office staff, and clinical support with our amazing leadership team! Responsibilities:

Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Consult and practice with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment Document patient care services

Requirements:

A current and valid Arkansas PT license. Spanish speaking skills are PREFERRED, but not required. Active Arkansas Medicaid Provider number, or willingness to apply immediately Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Enthusiastic, sharing and mentoring attitude!
