Job Description

  • $10,000 Sign on bonus
  • Position can be either salary or per visit Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical ailments, utilizing their expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility. Duties
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options, home exercises, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a hospital or clinical setting to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and geriatrics.
  • Experience in orthopedics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Previous experience in discharge planning is a plus but not required.
