Job Description

Practice Somewhere You Want to Build a Life Live the life you help others get back. Chandler, AZ isn't just a great place to work — it's a great place to live. With 300+ days of sunshine, world-class hiking, golf, and cycling right outside your door, life here moves at a pace that energizes you instead of wearing you down. At our clinic, you'll build meaningful patient relationships in an outpatient setting with predictable hours — so when the day ends, you're free to actually enjoy it. Trail runs at San Tan Mountain. Weekend trips to Sedona. Mornings on the patio before anyone else is awake. Imagine finishing a fulfilling day of patient care and stepping outside into 75° sunshine — in February. In Chandler, that's just a Tuesday. Our physical therapy clinic offers a collaborative, supportive environment with consistent scheduling, so you can pour into your patients during the day and into your life after hours. Whether you're a hiker, a golfer, a foodie exploring Old Town Scottsdale, or simply someone who wants to sit by a pool without booking a flight — this is what it looks like when your career and your lifestyle finally align. Many therapists move here for the lifestyle—and stay for the career growth, community, and mentorship opportunities . This is a place where you can practice hands-on PT, take ownership of your patients, and develop into a future clinic leader while building the life you love. About On the Mend Physical Therapy On the Mend Physical Therapy has been part of the Mesa community since 2006 — not as a corporate branch, but as something built from the ground up by a clinician who chose to invest here. Founder Katrina started with home health contracts and grew the practice into a trusted East Valley institution over nearly two decades. That kind of history means something: patients know this clinic, physicians know this clinic, and the community keeps coming back. A PT joining On the Mend isn't filling a slot — they're stepping into a practice with real roots and a founder who's still in it. The clinical environment reflects the same intentionality. Katrina holds a Certified Lymphedema Therapist designation alongside dry needling and functional capacity evaluation certs — a credential stack that signals a clinically serious setting and a genuine mentorship opportunity for PTs with specialty interests beyond standard outpatient ortho. You'll join a team where mentorship is part of the job, collaboration is real, and professional growth is encouraged. Our clinics consistently rank in the top tier nationally for patient outcomes , and we prioritize creating a work environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
