Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team serving Assisted Living and Independent Living communities throughout the Chandler area . This is an excellent opportunity to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy services while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate looking to expand your skills, you'll receive mentorship, clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, therapist-led organization.
