Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a real impact in the upcoming school year as a contract Physical Therapist in the Kingman, AZ area, starting July 15th for the 26/27 academic year. This part-time opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students' mobility and functional abilities, with a manageable schedule of 8 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain before start date) School-based physical therapy experience strongly preferred Background in pediatric therapy or experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to independently manage a small caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Assess and document student needs and progress, participating actively in IEP meetings Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement student-centered interventions Advise on modifications, equipment, and adaptive strategies to enhance student participation in the school setting Maintain accurate records and comply with all reporting requirements What to
