Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Lymphadema Therapist you will make a profound difference in our outpatient wound care and vein clinic. Every day you will be the architect of personalized relief, meticulously evaluating patients, developing specialized care plans from physician referrals, and consulting across disciplines to ensure integrated therapeutic programs and seamless discharge. You will be expected to empower patients and caregivers with vital home exercise instruction, you'll manage their journey with unwavering quality service, restoring comfort and independence. To be successful in this role, you must be a passionalte therapist, driven by specialized care and tangible patient outcomes. + Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level. + Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely. + Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development. + Performs generalized Lymphadema evaluation and treatment primarily for both upper and lower extremities + Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management + Reviews and interprets all pertinent data (medical, psychosocial, historical, cultural) related to the condition(s) during the evaluation, treatment, reassessment and discharge planning. Job Requirements Required + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Program + Internship or rotation in an appropriate clinical setting + Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona•
OT:
AZ or licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona•
PT:
AZ + Certified Lymphedema Therapist ( CLT )•within 6 months + American Heart Association Basic Life Support ( AHA BLS ) + Computer skills We will also accept the following licenses instead of an
