Freedom Performance | Prescott, Arizona Full-Time Physical Therapist About Freedom Performance Freedom Performance is a growing physical therapy and performance facility in Prescott, Arizona. We are changing the traditional healthcare model by combining high-quality physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and performance training under one roof.
Our goal is simple:
help people get out of pain, move better, become stronger, and perform at their best. We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who wants more than the traditional high-volume, insurance-driven PT environment. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, solving problems, working with active individuals, and being part of an energetic team, we would love to meet you. What Makes Freedom Performance Different One-on-one patient care No insurance-driven treatment model Time to actually solve problems—not just treat symptoms Work with athletes and active adults Integration of physical therapy, strength training, and sports performance Modern facility with performance equipment and technology Opportunity to coach fitness and performance classes in addition to treating patients Collaborative, energetic, and growth-minded environment Opportunity to help shape and grow a developing practice Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: A licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona or eligible for Arizona licensure New graduates and soon-to-be licensed PTs are welcome to apply Passionate about helping people move, feel, and perform at their best Comfortable working with active adults and athletes Interested in strength training, exercise, and performance-based rehabilitation Positive, energetic, and team-oriented Excellent at communicating and building relationships with clients Comfortable coaching group fitness/performance classes—or excited to learn Motivated to continue learning and developing professionally Excited about being part of a growing company and helping build something special Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment and performance plans Provide one-on-one physical therapy care Progress clients from rehabilitation into strength, fitness, and performance Educate clients on movement, injury prevention, and long-term health Maintain appropriate clinical documentation Communicate and collaborate with the Freedom Performance team Participate in team development and continuing education Coach or assist with group fitness and performance classes Help create an exceptional client experience from evaluation through return to full performance Our Culture At Freedom Performance, we work hard, but we have fun. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or upcoming graduation from an accredited program Current Arizona PT license or eligibility for Arizona licensure CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in fitness, strength and conditioning, sports performance, or active-population rehabilitation preferred Interview Process 1.
