Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic opportunity providing essential physical therapy services for students ranging from mild to severe needs in a supportive school-based environment. This part-time contract role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in a flexible, itinerant schedule—working two days per week across multiple sites in the area. You'll play an instrumental role ensuring students receive high-quality, individualized care to help them achieve their fullest potential throughout the FSY. What you'll bring: Current, active Arizona PT license Prior experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric clients preferred Familiarity supporting students with diverse needs, including mild to severe disabilities Valid IVP Fingerprint Card (required) Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff and families across sites Reliable transportation to move between school locations Key responsibilities: Travel between assigned schools to deliver targeted physical therapy services Assess and implement individualized PT interventions to support each student's IEP goals Document sessions and progress, maintaining accurate and timely records Consult regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize strategies and adaptations for student success Provide education and recommendations for staff on student care and safe mobility techniques This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule.
