Schedule:
PRN, as needed, schedule varies, Flexible scheduling, find a shift that works for you! Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required Licenses and Certifications PT- Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required BCLS
- Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required Essential Functions Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
