• $100,000 (based on experience) Sign-on bonus: $5,000 Quarterly bonus: Up to $2,000/year

Time Off:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, shifts between 7am-6pm

• 5 years at Impact What you'll do Evaluate and treat outpatient ortho and sport patients with individualized, unhurried care Build genuine relationships with patients and coach them through meaningful progress Create and progress plans of care that get people back to what they love Use manual therapy and exercise-based treatment (dry needling/cupping a plus ) Document efficiently using streamlined systems Collaborate with your team on patient outcomes and clinic goals What we're looking for DPT from an accredited program Arizona PT license in good standing (or in process) Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys building patient relationships Reliable, team-oriented, and coachable — with an outpatient mindset Manual therapy experience Benefits & perks 3.
