Full Job Description Physical Therapy Team Leader Role & Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships to support recovery. Ensure policies, procedures, and treatments are effectively implemented. Lead a collaborative team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care that promotes positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current state licensure or certification, with CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program. At least three years of physical therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice. Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility are preferred.
