Build a Pelvic Health Career Where Your Growth and Your Patients' Progress Matter Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy requires trust, compassion, clinical skill, and the time to understand each patient's complete story. At Moore Physical Therapy , you will provide one-on-one care during 60-minute appointments , create individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain comfort, confidence, function, and control. We are hiring a full-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for our clinic located at 2153 E. Baseline Road, Suite 103, Tempe, Arizona . Whether you already have pelvic floor experience or are a motivated Physical Therapist ready to develop this specialty, you will receive mentorship, professional development, and unlimited continuing education through MedBridge . Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday:
8:00 AM-6:00
PM Tuesday and Friday:
8:00 AM-1:00 PM No on-call requirements No weekends This schedule gives you two shorter workdays each week while maintaining a consistent full-time schedule. Why Physical Therapists Choose Moore Physical Therapy One-on-One Patient Care You will work individually with patients during 60-minute appointments , giving you time to listen, evaluate thoroughly, educate effectively, and provide personalized care. Pelvic Health Training and Mentorship Pelvic floor experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are open to Physical Therapists who have a strong interest in pelvic health and are willing to pursue additional training or certification. You will receive mentorship and access to unlimited MedBridge continuing education as you expand your knowledge and confidence. What You Will Do As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will: Provide skilled, compassionate, evidence-based Physical Therapy Complete comprehensive evaluations and identify each patient's functional limitations and goals Develop individualized plans of care with measurable, functional outcomes Provide pelvic health treatment based on each patient's symptoms, needs, and comfort level Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, home program, and recovery process Help patients understand the importance of completing their recommended plan of care Progress therapeutic exercises and functional activities appropriately Monitor patient outcomes and provide regular progress updates Complete accurate documentation within established timelines Ensure billing and coding are completed correctly Collaborate with support staff to maintain a positive and organized patient experience Address patient concerns promptly and professionally Participate in weekly team huddles and clinic goal-setting Support team members and provide mentorship when appropriate Share ideas related to patient care, operations, equipment, safety, and clinic growth Participate in occasional community education or promotional events Help prospective patients better understand whether Physical Therapy may be right for them What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Physical Therapist who: Holds or is eligible to obtain an active Arizona Physical Therapist license Has pelvic floor experience, certification, or a strong willingness to complete pelvic health training Is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care Communicates clearly and helps patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns Creates individualized plans of care with functional, measurable goals Understands the importance of patient education and plan-of-care completion Completes documentation accurately and on time Responds to constructive feedback professionally Brings positive and uplifting energy to the clinic Works collaboratively and contributes to shared team goals Is willing to support and mentor others as their experience grows New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
