Position Details:

Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day

Outpatient or Inpatient Rehab (based on facility need)

Full-time contract (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions Develop individualized care plans and set measurable goals Use therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to restore function and mobility Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear documentation Promote patient safety, progress, and independence ✅
Requirements:
Active California Physical Therapist License BLS certification (AHA preferred) Graduation from an accredited PT program Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred Excellent communication and time-management skills Patient-centered approach and ability to work independently Why Bakersfield, CA?
