Bakersfield, CA Pay:

$2400•2500 per hour We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Bakersfield, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents Provide physical therapy treatments in a SNF setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and families on therapy programs and recovery plans

Requirements:

Active California Physical Therapist license SNF experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
