We're hiring a full-time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) in Burbank, CA, to support students with mobility, motor development, and physical challenges that impact learning. This opportunity is ideal for Physical Therapists, Pediatric Physical Therapists, and School-Based PTs who want a meaningful role with a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to help students build independence in the classroom. Why You Should Apply Earn up to $60/hr with weekly pay Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays Full-time, school-based position with consistent hours Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more available starting on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment Work in a collaborative, student-focused educational setting Make a direct impact on students' mobility, independence, and participation in school activities What You'll Do Provide individualized physical therapy services to students in school settings Conduct evaluations and assess students' mobility, balance, and gross motor skills Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions aligned with student needs Recommend strategies and accommodations that support classroom participation Help students improve strength, coordination, range of motion, and functional mobility Train and support students in the use of assistive devices, including wheelchairs, walkers, and canes What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license Knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment practices Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based or pediatric physical therapy experience is a plus but not required APTA Pediatric Clinical Specialist certification preferred We're interviewing now, so apply today to join a school team that's helping students gain greater independence and access to learning. •This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
