Swanson McArthur Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full time physical therapist who is dynamic, energetic, motivated, and a compassionate self-starter. You will want to work here. We all look forward to going to work each and every day. You will too!

We are a well established and busy physical therapist-owned and operated orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation outpatient clinic. SMPT has been serving the Greater Sacramento area for over 40 years. We are extremely proud of our reputation and the vital role we play in our community. We are seeking a physical therapist with manual skills or a desire to learn manual therapy. A strong background in clinical exercise and a desire to work in an on-site aquatic environment would be advantageous. REQUIREMENTS OF THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST

We welcome new grads as well as experienced therapists Master's or Doctorate degree from accredited college Current California Physical Therapy License, or PTLA We use WebPT as our EMR (full training provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST INCLUDE

Perform initial evaluations, create plan of care, communicate with relevant healthcare providers regarding plan of care Perform timely progress reports and discharge summaries Develop ethical and compassionate treatment plan Progress patient plan of care throughout course of treatment Support and delegate to PT Aide as appropriate to provide the best possible care.
