$85,000-$95,000/year Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services with minimal supervision. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, supervising therapy assistants/aides, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and facility staff. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and provide medically necessary physical therapy treatment. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapist assistants and aides. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, patients, and facility staff. Participate in facility meetings, clinical in-services, and quality initiatives. Maintain productivity and comply with applicable state, Medicare, and organizational requirements. Complete required continuing education and maintain professional certifications. Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent. Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state. Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to supervise, coach, and support therapy assistants and aides. Computer proficiency for clinical documentation and reporting. Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift and assist patients, including up to 50 lbs. independently . Ability to walk, bend, stand, reach, and push wheeled equipment as required. Ability to perform clinical activities for extended periods.
