Pay:

Starting at $50 per hour + DOE.(per diem) New Grads Welcome!

What You'll Do:

As a Physical Therapist at Trellis Chino, you'll evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintain documentation of services in medical records. You'll also conduct in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in CA. Must meet continuing education requirements per state practices. Maintain a license in good standing with the state board. CPR Certification, as required for license renewal. Experience in long-term care preferred. Ability to multitask effectively.
