We are committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Duties Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care. Develop and progress evidence-based treatment programs tailored to each patient's goals.
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff. Accurately complete all required documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Foster a positive and professional clinic environment focused on quality care and customer service. Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist license required. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience. $48.00 to $55.00 Flexible scheduling.
